The location served us very well. The staff were courteous and helpful especially those at breakfast. They were alert and meticulous. When the sun rays began to come in, the staff would immediately lower the blinds to a level shielding us from the sun without blocking the view.The breakfast was superb too. I used the gym and it served my purpose.

Hotel is modern and clean. Staffs is friendly and helpful. Lobby is locate at 46th floor and very nice view. After work have a drink at the lobby lounge is so relaxing. Rooms located at 47th and above with nice view. Comfy bed and pillow. Most important for me, Super convenient and is just less then 5 min walk to the Shenzhen North station.

Sparkling new and clean Service excellent Checked in at 10 pm with one kid Got upgraded to kids suite with a woe factor Dinosaur theme room We are seasoned travellers And definitely this hotel room was one of the best city hotels we ever encountered Buffet breakfast was delicious - wide assortment of Chinese / western / Japanese food

You can go anywhere in China with high SPEED train and easiky return same day. No need to carry lagguage city by city. Unbelievable good buffet breakfast
